Bumper Cars

Happy Friday, today is fun family friday in my house but it is also baseball season so that means I have some time to play in my craft room. Here is a layout that I did yesterday of our trip to Six Flags over Georgia last summer. We go every year and we are current season pass holders. The kids have a great time and now that my son is tall enough to ride everything, he begs to go everyday! Be on the lookout for more layouts from our days spent at Six Flags. Thanks for looking and commenting, Sharondalyn

Red Ribbon Week

It seems as if it has been a long time since I posted. The beginning of the school year is always a busy one for students, teachers and parents alike. Anyway, I am working on my daughter's school album and I am up to grade 1. Yay!! That is a good thing since she just entered 2nd grade which means I am not too far behing *smiling*. Without farther delay here is the two page spread I have been working on this week along with other things.
The materials I used were Cricut Expression 2 machine Cricut Classmates cartridge "Thinking of School" for the title. Lots of layers and I colored the ends of the pencils and crayons with 3-D coloring pens. Cricut "Heritage" cartridge for the school house. I also added faux stitching and the cricut cartridge protective packaging came in handy for the windows. I also got the scroll from the Heritage cartridge. We r memory keepers "sew easy" tool & floss for the stitching (takes a lot of time next time), but so much fun! The solid paper is Die cuts with a view cardstock and the printed paper I just don't remember (sorry) who it's made by. I've had it such a long time. Thanks for looking. ~Sharondalyn~
